Better Safety Boating (with food and drink!) - An Evening Talk by our very own Commodore and Senior Powerboat Instructor, Stuart Philbey.

Come and join us in the cosy Clubhouse, with an open bar and a chip supper (from Sam's in Chingford), for an informative talk on safety boating techniques relevant to our reservoir situation.

Stuart has been driving powerboats for almost as long as he has been alive. More relevantly he is an extremely experienced Instructor, both in Sailing and Powerboating and has rescued people from all manner of situations. I have picked his brains countless times about what I should have done in situations that have baffled me.

This evening should be both informative and entertaining, and hopefully the food will be good too.

Clubhouse open from 5. Talk starts at 6. Food at 7:15.

The food will be ordered and paid for in advance. Will add meal tickets and make the event bookablas as soon as I get prices from Sam's.
