Duty Training Session - race and rescue

Come along and upskill yourself - half an hour teaching you about the basics of race officer duty - flags, starting sequence, recording - followed by an hour and half of rescue practice on the water.

Stuart will lead the session, the aim being to get more people confident with the basics and happier doing duties.

You will need PB2 to drive a powerboat, but can be rescue crew without this.

We hope to build a team of confident rescue drivers, who will be willing to be paid a small amount to cover vacant rescue duty slots, and who will provide mutual support within the team, spilling over to increase confidence and expertise within the wider club.
