ILCA Women's Coaching Day

Join us at King George Sailing Club for a day of coaching in an all-female learning environment.

The day will be led by Eve Kennedy, former ILCA sailor, now racing a 49-er FX for GBR (alongside Waszp and ILCA coaching.) She'll be fresh back from the Euros so hopefully will have all the racing tips!

Who is this for? Everyone! Whether you are new to ILCA, new to racing or a regular club racer, George and Ellie will help you sail consistently faster and believe in your abilities

Boats are available to hire with either ILCA 6 or ILCA 4 rigs.

The day will start at 9:30, break for a short lunch and finish around 4:30. Bring a packed lunch. Hot and cold drinks will be available, plus a microwave.

A Whats App group will be set up to communicate more info to participants closer to the time. Coaching activities will of course depend on the weather on the day.
